Service Desk Officer


Rhys supports a number of our customers across Victoria, when he's not working on our service desk he's overseeing the improvements to some of our cybersecurity systems.

Rhys joined the Dulkeith team in 2022 as a service desk officer. He comes from a varied technological background, starting out initially studying Games Development for a Master's Degree before doing a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Computer Science, and then undertaking a Cert IV in Cybersecurity, finally then moving into the field of Corporate Technical Support.  

With his varied background, Rhys has the ability to learn quickly, and as a result has maintained and is ever growing knowledge of a wide variety of technologies and applications. He supports a wide range of our customers, from health to manufacturing both onsite and remotely from our office. Rhys is also taking on more cybersecurity tasks where he oversees and manages a number of tools in use.

As a break away from work Rhys spends his time playing games and enjoys time with family and friends.
