Keith’s experience in the industry shows from the moment he answers your call through to following up your tickets and organising your quotes, Keith knows what it takes for a team to succeed.

Keith joins our team with over 30 years’ experience in the communications industry.Keith initially started out working with phone exchanges and then adapted with that technology as it evolved and changed into VOIP, merging with and becoming an important part of the general IT network services that are commonplace today. Keith gained much of his IT knowledge and experience through this merge and his regular dealings in troubleshooting issues with IT service professionals.

With a bit of a change coming from working predominantly in the telecommunications and networking space of IT, Keith has been great at giving a shake up to our service desk, knowing what questions to be asked, working on and following up service desk requests and quotes. He has really enjoyed expanding his skills into other areas of IT since joining Dulkeith, while still bringing valuable input with jobs that comes to us with regards to phone systems.

When not at work, Keith loves to spend time with family and friends, if the sky is clear Keith enjoys getting the telescope out for a night of astrophotography, taking images of the night sky.
