Doug Harvey

Doug oversees the planning and workloads of our staff to keep work flowing and customers outcomes successful.
Doug's career in IT began as a trainee with Dulkeith as a pimply faced teenager back at the start of 2001 when dial up internet was a thing. After completing his traineeship in 2003, Doug continued to improve his skills in IT while developing working relationships with customers. After a 2 year break in 2007, Doug rejoined the team where he then took on further management of customers and their respective work and projects, managing hardware upgrades and deployments, new software and system implementations as well as more involvement of the overall management of IT systems and customer outcomes.
In 2021 Doug became a director of Dulkeith and now oversees the management and planning of staff workloads and projects. He manages Cybersecurity work with other members of the team, reviews and prepares information for scheduled hardware replacements.
He is also working on improvements to our business processes to achieve better outcomes to our customers so they can deliver a better experience, product or service to their customers.
When Doug's not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling with his partner, supporting his children in their activities, catching up with friends and occasionally trying to get to some of the projects he has lined up in the shed.
