Daniel Peglar
Service Desk Officer

Daniel supports many of our customers both onsite and remotely, he's spends a good amount of his time organising and carrying out hardware replacements.

Daniel has been involved in the scope and implementation of all levels of hardware purchases and deployments for our customers. He is always keen to become involved within our team and especially with our customers to further develop his skills and understanding of business concepts at a larger scale.

Daniel started with Dulkeith in 2023 as a Service desk officer supporting our customers both onsite and remotely. He has bought to us nearly a decade of experience where in previous roles he has gained extensive knowledge in the support and repair of a wide range of hardware mostly in the residential and small business settings. This knowledge has allowed Daniel to adapt and support the wide variety of our customers while also adding to his skillset.

Outside of work, Daniel likes to catch up with friends, listen to and play music and has recently bought himself a motorbike to get out and enjoy the open road.
