Below are some current positions that are available.......

Level 1 - Technical Support - Helpdesk - Stawell

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones.
Helpdesk Management.
Quoting, ordering and invoicing.
Visiting homes and businesses to provide IT support.
Removal of viruses and malware.
Day to day office administration tasks.
User creation and administration.  

Level 2 - Technical Support - Stawell

Responsibilities include:

Managing and deploying network infrastructure.
System Administration of Windows and Linux environments
IP Telephony.
Being invloved with the timely delivery of IT projects.
Implementation of and reporting on Cybersecurity policies.
Provide great customer service

Level 3 - Technical Support - Stawell

Responsibilities include:

Managing and deploying network infrastructure.
Assist in design and implementation of Networks, Servers and Systems in accordance with specifications
System Administration of Windows and Linux environments
IP Telephony.
Implementation of and reporting on Cybersecurity policies.
Provide great customer service
